Can I sue the bank because my fergotten cel phone was taken by the contracted security guard of the bank there
We fergott the cel phone in the bank premisses while I was making a withdrawal. After we have cntactacted the bank they investigated the case in their cameras and found that the phone was taken by the bank contracted security guar. They returned the phone and appologised. I am wandering if I can sue the bank because of the untrust feeling that remains in me as a client now.
What is there to sue for. You lost property. It was returned upon request.
The security guard is not your concern, They can deal with that and surely will internally.
