I have a Samsung L100 camera and I lost all the photos on the SD card?

You have an internal flash memory, plus SD card. With the camera off, remove the card and turn on the camera. Then check whether images are on the internal flash memory. If not, turn the camera back and reinsert the card. In turn and try again. If this does not connect the camera to your computer and go to "My Computer" to find a removable disk. Do not give up. It is unlikely these images are lost.
