traffic light cameras delay

Hello, I had been on a road 40 mph and noted an amber light was passing, but the crossing light turned red. Flash was not given by the camer but again I had lost, I have focused on the road. Light it was literally red in the exact moment when my car passed. Will I receive a ticket or there is a delay between the time the site until the red light that activates the camera? thanks
If you are in the intersection when the light turned red, it is rape. There is no delay. However, if you can show that amber was too short (must be 3.9 seconds to 40 mph), the entry is questionable.
